How EPR Compliance Works
A transparent, three-step process ensuring producers meet their environmental obligations.
NEMA Registration
Producers and importers register with the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) under the EPR Regulations.
PRO Subscription
Registered producers subscribe to one of the four approved PROs (PAKPRO, KEPRO, HAPROK, or EPROK) for compliance support.
PRO Clearance
The PRO validates compliance and submits a cleared list to NEMA. Approved producers are published here for 90 days.
Renewal Every 90 Days
Clearance expires after 90 days. The PRO must re-submit compliance clearance to keep the producer listed on this portal.
Registered PRO Organisations
Four Producer Responsibility Organisations are approved by NEMA to facilitate EPR compliance.
